OOTB 824 – Thursday 17th September – The Safari Lounge

Out of the Bedroom number 824 is on Thursday 17th September, downstairs in The Safari Lounge, 21 Cadzow Place, Edinburgh EH7 5SN. Edinburgh’s longest running open mic is on from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. Entry is free and sign up for a slot from 7.30 p.m.

All are welcome! There will be a PA, house guitar and house keyboard available. Please feel free to come along and share your original songs and stories with some of Edinburgh’s friendliest musos and music fans! Note: 18+ only.

Heads up – there will be two events later this year to celebrate Out of the Bedroom’s 25th anniversary. The first date will be our regular show on Thursday 29th October (OOTB 827) at The Safari Lounge. The other event will be on Thursday 1st November upstairs in The Waverley Bar – this was the exact venue and date 25 years ago in 2001 when OOTB began (OOTB 1). We hope that you can attend one, or both, open mic events.

Out of the Bedroom 823 was held at The Safari Lounge on Thursday 3rd September. The performers were: Don James (debut), Lorraine McCann, Drawler (Francis) (debut), Steve Anderson, Jim Bryce, Arran, Alastair Low, Màiri MacLeod, Callum MacPherson, Pete (Irid Crow). James Igoe hosted and Alyx Dickson was on sound desk.
